Rules and Regulations

Here are the rules of the Fellowship that must be strictly adhered to; 

👉🏼 Participation in every Kavana activity is compulsory for every member.

-Bible Study; Clocking in and out on Family Circle page, Voting “Yes, I've had my study” on the general WhatsApp platform everyday.

-General Prayer; once a week, every Saturday at 8p.m.

-FC prayer; as determined by the FC leader.

-Weeky Games; Christian Games around the study for the month.

-Weekly Admonition; FCs will be assigned to sharing this.

-Weekly Song Recommendation; FCs will be assigned.

-Kavana Moment; invite guest will come minister on diverse topics every last Saturday of the month from 7p.m. - 9p.m.

-Q & A Session; Submission time and Clarity time will be announced in the group by any of the KF leaders.

-Writing monthly exams and filling of monthly accountability form is compulsory for all members.

👉🏼 Actively participate in the general group, FC group and  during activities. 

Member should always unmute during prayers and pray along or use the chat if in a noisy place.

Messages or questions from KF leaders or fellowship members must be responded to. 

👉🏼 Communication and Accountability.

Members are expected to communicate with their FC leaders if they won’t be attending any of our activities.

Members who miss any activity must go back to the recording, if made available.

Missing activity without communicating is highly prohibited. 

Members must respond to their D.M.s and messages that they are tagged to.

👉🏼 Invite others to the Fellowship.

Members must invite at least one member in a whole month.

👉🏼 Always follow the study for the month.

You can study any other thing different from what we are studying in the fellowship but you must also study that of the Fellowship.

In case you finish your study before the end of the month, keep studying other part of the bible as the spirit leads.

👉🏼 Do not post things that doesn’t align with the group’s purpose

Do not advertise in the fellowship pages.

👉🏼 Questions should be sent to FC leaders by their FC members.

👉🏼 Birthday Celebration

Members should communicate their birthdays with their FC leader in the last week of the month before their birth month.

👉🏼 Flouting any of these rules will lead to removal from the group.

Not communicating and not responding to D.M.s for a month at a stretch will lead to removal as well.

The purpose of the group is to enhance spiritual sensitivity and overall growth of it's members.

Therefore,
